GOODS & SERVICES TAX: (GST) All lot estimates include GST. What you bid is what you pay.
RETURNS POLICY: Acorn Philatelics has a 'NO QUESTIONS ASKED' returns policy. Items may be returned in their original state within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
Acorn Philatelics promotes integrity within the industry and will highlight material of questionable origin with the term 'As Is'.
Bidding on such lots will be with the bidders knowledge and acceptance.
PLACING BIDS: Bids may be placed via either the Acorn Philatelics website (www.AcornPhilatelics.com.au) or via phone by contacting us on 5972 0700.
PAYMENT OF LOTS: Upon close of Auction you will receive a tax invoice via e-mail. Payment for goods purchased is due within 7 days of receipt of this tax invoice. Those buyers who have provided Acorn Philatelics with their Credit Card details and have requested automatic debit prior to Auction close, will have their credit card debited within 2 business days of the receipt of their tax invoice.
PP&I: The probable cost of PP&I will be included in your online bidding sheet. The final cost of PP&I will be included on your tax invoice.
DISPATCH OF LOTS: Lots will be dispatched within 5 business days of close of Auction. When you receive the lots will be dependent upon the Australia Post delivery service.
NON-ARRIVAL OF LOTS: The majority of our lots will be dispatched via registered post. If your lots have not arrived after a reasonable period of time you will be able to view your Registration Number on the 'My Invoices' section of our website and contact Australia Post to request a situation report. Of course, Acorn Philatelics will endeavour to assist you in any communications you have with Australia Post.
